Privacy Policy
Summary
PawCam is a camera app for pets. Your photos, camera frames, pet profiles, and recorded sounds stay on your device — we do not run a photo server and there is no account. Best-shot analysis happens entirely on your iPhone with Apple Vision.

What we never collect
Passwords, payment card numbers, precise location, contacts, free-form text, or the content of your photos. We do not use IDFA and do not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt, because we do not track you across other companies’ apps. Ads are served non-personalized (npa=1).
On-device photos
PawCam analyzes burst frames with Apple’s Vision framework on your device. No frame leaves the device for analysis, ranking, or storage.
Legal bases
For users in the EEA/UK: processing is based on contract (app functionality, purchases), legitimate interest (crash reporting and product analytics), and consent where required for ads (UMP). You can refuse personalized ads; PawCam’s banner is non-personalized regardless.
Retention
On-device photos, profiles, and recordings are deleted when you delete them or uninstall the app. Analytics, crash, and attribution data follow each provider’s retention (PostHog, Sentry, AppsFlyer). Purchase records follow Apple and RevenueCat.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. JoCoding, Inc. is a US company. Where required, transfers rely on the providers’ safeguard mechanisms (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
Depending on your region (including the EEA/UK and California), you may request access, deletion, correction, or objection to processing. Email mu07010@jocoding.net. You can delete on-device data by removing it in the app or uninstalling. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Children
PawCam is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Third-party providers
Apple (In-App Purchase), RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, AppsFlyer, Google AdMob/UMP — each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Changes
We update this page and the in-app link when our collection actually changes.
